Last weekend was a beautiful sunny weekend.  It got up to 18 degrees!   Not only was it sunny, it was also warm.   We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our first taste of summer-ish weather than with a Mojito.  And since its still the season, a blood orange mojito was in order.
