Copycat Recipe Cheddar's Nachos - We call these Open Face Nacho's!  We ate something similar at Cheddar's and loved them so I decided to create my own recipe and this is what I came up with!  It is pretty close to their version and tasty!  I like using the taco shells instead of tortilla chips
