The Sweet Potatoes Patties tasted yum and I fried them in 2 different ways with the same batter. Sweet Potatoes Patties turned out delicious, crispy from out, soft within and got over so soon. Sweet Potatoes were lying in my fridge for a long time. Sweet Potatoes  are known as ratalu Or ratali in India. Apart from boiling Sweet Potatoes I didn't
