Beets come in many different varieties and colors. The most popular beet is deep red, but there are golden beets, white beets, and multicolored beets. Beets are either roasted, boiled, or steamed I prefer to roast the beets, the roasting caramelized the sugars in the beets giving them a rich flavor. This is one of
