I got this recipe off my co-worker Rita at our New hire training pot luck.  This is the easiest, yummiest appetizer EVER.  I need to make a double batch next time.  They are completely addicting and they turn you into a greedy little pork lover...if you're not already.  ;)  I think Michael Symon would be
