Have you been inspired lately?  I found some inspiration at Taco Bell.  Yes, Taco Bell.  Have you seen those commercials for Cool Ranch Tacos? I LOVE crunchy things in and on my salads.  I combined the concepts of taco salad and Cool Ranch tacos and made a Cool Ranch Taco Salad.  Just for extra inspiration,
