Chicken Enchilada Casserole with sour cream.  And it's all reduced fat.  Yay! And it's so easy!  I didn't bother to roll up each individual tortilla, I layered them with the filling.   We found out that we like it better than the rolled up chicken enchiladas. This is my new go to dinner.  What's the difference
