Last school holidays we visited our beautiful friends that live in Airlie Beach.  We were invited over for dinner and I heard all about my friend Stacey's famous 'chip salad' her kids LOVE it and her hubby raved how delicious it was. Stacey laughed and said Kat, it's the most basic salad of all, but
