This recipe uses a stove top high pressure cooker. Use dutch oven to replace high pressure cooker and boil longer time till beef turns soft, around 1.5-2 hours. This recipe will generate beef stock enough to make soup for 10-12. But since I didn’t cook for so many people, the ingredients for soup below are for 4 people. Feel free to adjust the amount of vegetables and cook for more people.
