These little Chocolate Walnut Date Filled Fillo Triangles have just the right amount butter, crunch and flakiness in one bite.   You won't be able to stop at just one. It took a few tries to get this right.  You would think with my ethnic background I would know how to work with fillo dough.  Um, no.
