This is one of my favorite summertime recipes!  Italian Truffle Cheese from Trader Joe's is delicious & inexpensive, which is so great, because we love the flavor of truffles in the Newsome household.  Adding truffle salt, truffle oil, & fresh tomatoes, & tossing all these wonderful flavors over hot pasta is ridiculously simple & decadent!
