Lemon sorbet is really easy to make and you can serve it as  a light dessert or as a palate cleanser in between courses. The weather is getting warmer and what could me more refreshing than a dessert with a tangy lemon flavor and creamy texture? I placed the lemon sorbet in empty lemon shells but
