I am not a big fan of raw apples but I LOVE apple cakes and apple pies! Instead of my usual apple cake, this time I baked  this  low-on-guilt, light apple cake. The recipe is taken from the book  "La buona cucina di casa" written by Simili sisters. Believe it or not, it has only 146
