I was in an imaging lab for an xray and while I was waiting, I picked up the hospital's magazine. Inside was a stunning picture of a tower of sweet potatoes, yukon potatoes, browned onion slices, balsamic reduction with brown sugar and two kinds of cheese. Looked wonderful and sounded to die for so I
