Blue cheese and balsamic are a match made in heaven!! I love the pair in salad, potatoes, sandwiches... the list is endless.  So I figured why not try adding them to chicken?! The tangy melted blue cheese and the sweet mustard balsamic is a perfect blend for baked chicken. It is very quick to make
