Ok, I must admit. I have never made Apple Bread before. But, I love Apple Cinnamon Muffins, so why not make an Apple Bread right? Seems easy enough? Just put it in a large loaf pan instead of muffin tins and BAM Apple Bread... man my intelligence just blows me away sometimes. :) hehe... I
