Love is in the air!  I've always believed that this Hallmark holiday isn't just for couples.  I grew up spending Valentine's Day feasting on heart-shaped meatloaf and chocolate cake with my parents, who loved me enough to share the occasion.  In young adulthood, I saved the date for wine, chocolate, and cheese with my girlfriends.
