This recipe combines some unique flavors into a light and simple sauce. The asparagus adds a nice twist to the mundane vegetables that are normally in pasta dishes. Sometimes, I also add some diced tomatoes to spice it up even more. This is a staple in our home and goes great with the cheddar bay biscuits I shared in another post. In fact, if you look closely, you can see that they were on my plate when I took this picture!
