I think that the roll you're eating your sandwich or hoagie or whatever-you're-eating, on should taste just as good as the food inside it! The roll doesn't have to just hold the food, it can be flavorful too! We made these yummy garlic and chive hoagie rolls for our cheese steaks. They would be delicious as a pizza dough, rolls, garlic knots too! Both bread machine and by hand methods are provided!
