Healthy 10 Minute Tuna Salad Wrap
It seems that one of the hardest things with cooking in today's world is finding the time, but also trying to make healthy foods. Creating healthy meals can often require a lot of time and ingredients. So, when I find a really good meal, that is also super healthy, I HAVE to share it!! In this tuna wrap, I replace the traditional mayonnaise with the Avocado, a major super food (along with a few other ingredients)! Avocados have "in excess of 25 essential nutrients, including vitamin A, B, C, E, & K, copper, iron, phosporus, magnesium, and potassium. Avocados also contain fiber, protein, and several beneficial phytochemicals such as beta-sitosterol, glutathione and lutein, which may protect against various disease and illness.
