Chicken Scarpariello
To be honest, I don't even know if I pronounce this dish correctly, which means it must be fancy! I saw it at a restaurant one time and it was all the things I love in a dish (garlic, white wine, lemon juice, good stuff like that). I decided to try to make it at home, and it turned out AMAZING! As you know, I like to keep things simple, so (just like all of my recipes) there isn't a ton of complicated ingredients. Many, if not all, of these are commonly found in your pantry or fridge. The correct balance of the flavors is what makes this recipe a true standout. As you can see from the pictures, I didn't add any vegetables, but from now on I will be adding broccoli, because it would make it that much better (plus I GUESS I should try eating more veggies!).
