Moist Crab Cakes with Easy Garlic Aioli Remoulade
In case you missed my post about seasoned baked crab legs, I???ll let you know that my Fiance and I love crab. It is his favorite food on the planet and I always loved when we got to have it growing up with my family. Now that we are together living in NC near the ocean and coast, we try to splurge and get crab when we can to celebrate. We always get it on sale, which luckily happens a lot here. So, sometimes we ???find??? something to celebrate :) As I also said in my post, we buy literally about 5lbs when we get it (the specials are REALLY good here!) Sometimes, we bit off more than we can handle (no pun intended). When there is leftover crab, I love making crab cakes! These crab cakes are super moist, stay together very well when cooking, and taste delicious! The Aioli remoulade is SO easy to make too! And it tastes great with a lot of things, not just crab cakes. From french fries, sandwich spread, mashed potatoes, veggies, etc. It is a great dip!
