Seasoned Baked Crab Legs
My Fiance's absolute FAVORITE food is crab. My family and I always loved crab as well. Here in NC, with the Atlantic Ocean and coast pretty close, we love to get crab when we can. It is a nice splurge item and is perfect for summer. Growing up, we always steamed/boiled crab legs. But now in our own place, my Fiance and I found we didn't have any pots large enough. We decided to bake them instead, and through trial and error, we found a super easy "dressing" to put on top of the crab pre-baking that tastes unbelievable! Even now, while we have more kitchen supplies, baking the crabs with this seasoning is the only way we will eat them! It is so easy to vary based on your taste preferences, amount of crab, amount of people you are serving, etc. The buttery old bay taste gets all over your hands and the crab, it tastes like you are at the beach(minus the gritty sand in your mouth)! Try this new way to cook crab and it will be your favorite way too!
