After a long delay in posting I am back! Many changes have been occurring and my website had to be put on the back burner for a little. I appreciate everyone who continued to visit and try these recipes even while I was absent. Currently, I have a snow day from work. Traffic is at a complete gridlock here in the South as the snow and ice continue to accumulate. What better to go with a chilly snow day? Warm and creamy broccoli cheese soup! This recipe is similar to a broccoli soup from Panera. I like to pair this soup with my homemade bread bowls to make a very filling meal.
