I've attempted to make more cake-in-a-cup recipes than I care to admit, yet have been disappointed by every single one of them. They always turn out spongy (not in a good way) and just fall flat of expectations. Well, this recipe I threw together here changed my mind about cake-in-cup  because it delivered everything I
