I decided to create an inexpensive St. Patrick's Gift for Peyton's teacher this year.   This DIY Rainbow themed gift was simple to make.  I purchased a large bag of skittles and separated them by color.  Then I added some Chocolate Gold Coins to the bottom of the jar (rolo's would work too) and layered
