These vegan, dairy-free and egg-free waffles are tangy, sweet, moist, fluffy and rich. We eat them ALL the time???for brunch, breakfast, and often dinner. This batter also works well for pancakes. Note that if you don’t have a full 2 cups of sourdough starter, it’s fine to change the proportions a little???I’ve also made this with 1½ cups of each.
