Chunky Spinach & Basil Dip
This dip is on the thick side as is doubles as a spread in our house. If you want a thinner dipping consistency, stir in some more olive oil. I make this in my Thermomix, and have given the instructions below for this process. The method will be identical in your food processor or blender. The dip will keep for up to one week in an airtight container in the fridge.
