So for those of you who would like to enjoy a little English Tea Time fun for the big Royal wedding tomorrow but don't want to spend an arm and a leg buying a jar or imported Devonshire Cream, I'm posting my recipe for Devonshire Cream for you now.  Which, incidentally, goes perfectly with jam
