I love this light meal before a morning workout! It is really quick for a pancake recipe and you only need 3 ingredients. I have been eating the 2 ingredient pancakes a lot with just the banana and 1 egg + 2 egg whites but I wanted more protein in my pre-workout meal so I tried to add the protein powder. It worked so well! Not only was it so tasty, it also thickened up the batter, making it 100 times easier to flip!
