I love the flavour of BBQ Chicken but without a BBQ it can be hard to come by.  We do have an indoor grill and it does a wonderful job, however grilling is my husbands job.  When I want BBQ Chicken I do it myself in the Oven and skip the barbecue altogether.  This recipe
