Singapore noodles recipe is very popular here in Australia and I wonder why it is called Singapore noodles. It should be called curried noodles but whatever it is called either Singapore noodles or curried noodles, I just loved it. Some noodle houses make this dish without any meat and some has prawn, meat and chicken
