Thanksgiving is a big holiday for my extended family.  It's pretty much a 3 day event, starting Wednesday and ending Friday.  Wednesday is the prep, Thursday is the party (usually there are about 40-50 people in attendance), and Friday is the black Friday shopping/eat leftovers party.  So what does this have to do with lasagna?
