This is recipe is based on a family recipe for Lamb Stew, I have made a few tweaks but the general recipe is the same. I have always struggled with lamb shank and the exact secret I am not sure of but I think cooking them in my beautiful red Le Creuset Casserole pot may have done the job! The outcome was lip ??? smackingly delicious!
