As usual we celebrate this time of year by having I LOVE PUMPKIN week.  When looking for new and drool worthy ways to use create a pumpkin treat I came across this Pumpkin Pie Chex Mix.  When I used it as a response for "What are you making for pumpkin week?", I got "WHAT?  It
