Well, guacamole is not a Turkish food as avocado is not originally from Turkey. Although producing avocado started in the southern part of Turkey about 30 years ago, consumption of it hasn’t become that popular yet. It is grown especially in Antalya, Mersin and Mugla, which have the right climate for this extremely healthy vegetable.
