This week I have decided to go Thai. For as start, here is a really easy and quick recipe that you can whip up in no time at all. This Thai style omelette is quick to prepare and one of my favorites. In order for your eggs to be fluffy, you will have to whip them up really well and fry the eggs in about an inch of hot oil. I prefer frying it in a pot rather than a frying pan. You need not add salt as the fish sauce is quite salty.
