Did you know that a shepherd's pie has lamb and a cottage pie has beef?  I always thought lamb and beef were interchangeable and have always called this shepherd's pie.  Knowing my confusion and calling this by the correct name now doesn't change how delicious and satisfying it is. I'm not gonna lie: the prep
