This fresh corn salsa is so simple (with only five ingredients) but so delicious!  It's great with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite tacos and burritos.  For some crazy reason, I never tried the corn salsa at Chipotle until recently.  I don't know what had been stopping me, but it was delicious.  Much more
