This is the first time I’ve actually eaten and cooked black Quinoa. Its actually different from your standard white Quinoa, has more of a crunch to it. I loved how this dressing turned out, it definitely compliments the salad. To make this Vegan, just omit the feta completely or replace it with a non-diary vegetarian feta cheese. Enjoy!
