Rosemary Potatoes
I love these rosemary potatoes. They are versatile and go great with almost any dish. Try them with fall off the bone ribs, barbecued chicken, or baked salmon. Preheat oven to 400°F. Quarter 1.5 pounds of terrific trio little potatoes and place in a bowl. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and 3 strings of rosemary, minced.
