Today is officially my half-birthday, so I thought I would share another drink featuring X-Rated Fusion Liqueur.  It was created by Matthew Malliski of Howl at the Moon in Hollywood, CA.  Who doesn't love a good pair of flaming lips, right?  I never wear red lipstick myself {because I don't think it matches my skin
