I love summer. As a child, I waited for the days when the weather became warmer, the sun stayed out longer, and I got to enjoy delicious ice cream treats. This recipe says it takes long, but really the most of the “cook” time is the layers freezing. I love the mixture of ice cream, sorbet, and angel food cake. I found this recipe off of Martha Stewart a while back, and continues to be a crowd favorite. This recipe is a sure win!
