White chocolate is my weakness....  I like it better than milk and dark chocolate and was VERY excited when I found this recipe.   I already knew about "Blondies", which look similar, but have a butterscotch flavor from the brown sugar.   These however, taste SO nice because of the melted white chocolate mixed in.  Definitely
