This Cheesecake ice cream is thick, smooth, and super decadent. I created this as an alternative to my boyfriend, Aaron's favorite Cherry Cheesecake Dessert. A frozen treat great for summer, or really any time of the year. The Cherry filling is folded in by hand, to leave swirls of cherry goodness, reminiscent of being pored on top of a traditional cheesecake.
