Grilled aubergine with pistachio crunch and feta
Aubergine, or eggplant, has a bad reputation. And not for being the bad boy of the vegetable aisle, that would be kind of cool, but for being boooooring. As my boyfriend and the mini chef say: ça n'a pas de goût, it's got no taste. Now, to some extent, I understand why people find aubergine bland and tasteless.
