Zucchini Bread is an American classic, just like its "cousin" Banana Bread.  Also good for a sneaky way to get kids to eat some vegetables.  I have good memories of eating it with my mom for breakfast with a nice slather of cream cheese on top.      Ever tried Zucchini bread with Nutella on
