When you order a side of coleslaw in a restaurant it's often a little dish of what appears to be pureed cabbage soaked in a bland watery sauce.  They call it coleslaw.  The appearance, taste and texture is totally unappetizing.  I always hope for a fresh mixture of shredded cabbage, sweet onion and a tasty tangy dressing.  I'm usually disappointed.
