I get bored making the same soup over and over again so I change it up to make it interesting. Here's a great soup with Italian sausage and 5 Cheese Tortellini. For me, the best part about this soup is that my picky eaters actually eat the tomato and spinach....and beg for more "cheeshee!".  Hope
