Almond Butter, Banana, & Chocolate Shake
Paleo desserts are especially difficult to pin down, from a nutritional standpoint. They inherently lack the refined sugar of their traditional counterparts (or else they wouldn't be Paleo), so they're not necessarily awful for you. They do sometimes have added natural sugars, like maple syrup or honey, which makes them an it's-alright-as-long-as-you-don't-overdo-it kind of thing. But then some sweet
